Cancellation of Order
At Gadgetarium.pro, we strive to provide high-quality smart home gadgets. However, if you receive a defective product, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return Policy:
- Only items of inadequate quality (defective or non-functional) are eligible for return.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

- Include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) in the package.
- Provide your bank details for the refund transfer.
Refund Policy:
- Our team will inspect the returned product.
- If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exemptions from Withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the purchase may not apply to certain types of goods, as defined by the Consumer Protection Act:
- Printers, multifunction devices, and consumables must be returned in full packaging, with the consumable packaging (e.g., toner) intact. If the consumable packaging is damaged, the Consumer may still withdraw from the purchase of the printer and/or multifunction device and consumables, but must cover the cost of the damaged consumable.
- Laptops, notebooks, desktop computers, monitors, and consoles must be returned without passwords, profiles, or any other settings that prevent restoring the goods to their original state. The goods cannot be returned if an OEM license has been activated or if the original operating systems and/or programs have been uninstalled.
- Mobile phones, tablets, and accessories must be returned without activated passwords or profiles that prevent resetting to their original settings. The goods cannot be returned if an OEM license has been activated, if the original operating systems or programs have been uninstalled, or if the protective film (for tablets and phones) has been used or removed.
- Large household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, dishwashers, cookers, microwaves, hoods, washing machines) must be returned in appropriate packaging for transport (as they were delivered).
- Personal care devices (e.g., epilators, electric toothbrushes, etc.), small household appliances, and kitchen devices (e.g., coffee machines, irons) cannot be returned if used.
- Software licenses cannot be returned.
- Air conditioners and HVAC systems may only be returned if not installed. Once installed, air conditioners and HVAC systems cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation, and without damage, in the condition they were received. Gadgetarium.pro reserves the right to reject the return if the returned goods have damaged packaging, signs of use, scratches, dents, electrical damage, missing accessories, or warranty cards.
